Two years age I saw a bracelet in Dunedin, Florida that was made using lentils. I could not forget how that bracelet felt on my arm, so I decided to sit down and make up a bracelet myself. First I had to decide what stitch to use. After several tries I settled on a herringbone stitch using size 8 seed beads with the lentil to make up the alternating beads. I love how this looks and feels. I have made several and sold three at our Holiday Show in November, obviously others like how it looks and feels as well. The colors are glorious, enjoy. L

Lentil Beads
Lately I have found myself drawn to a seed bead that is shaped like a lentil. They just feel so good in my hand that I love working with them.
