2019 Research and Development Phase

We are in our research and development stage for 2019. Every year at this time we take a break from making jewelry and spend time taking classes and researching what's new in the jewelry market. We also look at what we can do to expand our blog spot and other methods of networking.

Jane is taking a class in photography, which will be a big help in enhancing our blog, instagram account, and facebook page.

This photo is a class assignment to demonstrate the lay-flat technique where the picture is taken from above, tells a story and captures a moment in time.

Also she is taking a ceramic clay class that will enhance her work in precious metal clay and polymer clay jewelry

Linda has signed up for classes in  felting and is trying several stitches in bead weaving that she is unfamiliar with, like Netting, African Helix, and Chenille.  The photo below is an example of some of the beautiful pieces to come.

We do this to keep ourselves fresh and to keep our product offerings new and within trends.
