Dichroic Glass and Soldered Classes- the two different sessions allowed me to play with a few different ideas I have been playing around with. I was introduced to making Dichroic Glass at a class I took at Jamoco Studio in Richmond, Virignia. I made the piece a year ago and although I loved the colors I really wasn't sure what I was going to do with it. Originally I thought I would wire wrap it but just never made it happen. December 2007 I took a soldering class at Fandangle Beads Shop and my teacher Greg Montgomery was and the soldering was learned at Fandangle Beads...the color is a great mix of greens, browns, blues and silver. The pendant hangs from a funky necklace...on one side is a double row of sterling silver chain while the other side features blue fresh water pearls. What a fun necklace to make...J
